Data protection

Encryption in transit HTTPS only, with modern cipher suites and TLS enforced on database connections.
Encryption at rest Databases, file storage, backups and secrets encrypted with AWS KMS.
Secrets management Credentials kept in AWS Secrets Manager with automatic rotation.
Private networking Services run in private subnets; traffic arrives only through the load balancer.
